I am on Glucosamine due to joints problem. It help to maintain my conditon but I could never do as much as I used to do. After eating half of the course of ActivMove, I begin to feel slight difference. I could train a bit longer than usual and can do more difficult moves than before. I wanted to continue and confirm that this product is really helping me regain better mobility. Not too expensive for double the dosage per pill. It is also smaller, thus, easier to swallow.
